I provide a limited amount of text customization, such as customizing the wording of the title and / or column headings, for an additional fee.

Personalization services are provided as time allows on Mondays through Thursdays only. They are served on a first come first serve basis. I reserve the right to refuse personalization services that involve more than basic text personalization such as logos, graphics, or large amounts of text.

If you purchased as a guest, ETSY will email you a receipt which contains your download link.

If you purchased while signed in to your account, the download link will be located in the purchases and reviews section of that same account at https://www.etsy.com/your/purchases. Please note that if you have multiple ETSY accounts, the download link will be found in the account from which the purchase was made but not in any of your other accounts.

This issue typically occurs for one of two reasons.

1. The Buy on ETSY App is Not Currently Set Up For Downloads To Mobile Devices. Please Either Download on A Computer or Using A Mobile Browser.

2. The Computer / Device is using the wrong software. This is more common with MAC than PC, but some computers try to open PDFs in read only software. Please use the official Adobe Acrobat DC reader software (free version, not pro trial) available at https://get.adobe.com/reader as instructed in the listing to avoid this issue.
